Job Description

A reputed IT client in Siliguri is looking for an energetic and analytical Inside Sales Executive to support the growth of the company’s B2B client base across multiple industries. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, and sales pipeline development through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential business clients through research and outbound communication
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Create targeted outreach plans to connect with decision-makers and key contacts
Schedule product demos and discovery meetings with support from the presales team
Maintain and regularly update lead records and engagement activities
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication to move them through the sales process
Build and maintain good relationships with potential clients
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, and conversions
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion results

Good to Have:

Experience working with B2B technology or IT services companies.
Understanding of sales funnels and customer lifecycle.
