Female Warden cum Teacher

Career Foundation Academy is looking for a dedicated Female Warden cum Teacher to manage hostel affairs while also contributing to the academic growth of students.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, disciplined, and passionate about teaching,ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for students both in the hostel and the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Warden:

•  To oversee the overall administration of the girls hostel.
•  To ensure the safety and well-being of the students.
•  To maintain discipline and order in the hostel.
•  To perform other duties as assigned by the authorities.

As a Teacher:

• Teach Political Science or History as per the curriculum.
•  Assess and monitor student progress through tests and assignments.
•  Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
•  Plan lessons and deliver engaging classroom sessions.

Requirements:

•  Must be a female graduate or postgraduate in Political Science or History.
•  Prior experience in teaching or hostel management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Passionate about both academic and student welfare responsibilities.
