Cab Supervisor

We are looking for a Cab Supervisor to assist in managing daily cab operations, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, customers, and vehicle maintenance. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and have basic knowledge of transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Operations: Monitor cab availability and ensure timely dispatch.
• Driver Coordination: Assist in managing driver schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure drivers follow traffic rules and company policies.
• Reporting: Maintain daily trip records, fuel logs, and incident reports.
• Support Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team for vehicle servicing and repairs.

Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in transport operations or a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of local transport laws and regulations is a plus.

Salary:Negotiable based on experience
