Mixologist

atmosphere. We offer a perfect blend of great food, a lively bar, billiards, and a live lounge. We
pride ourselves on delivering a top-notch guest experience with expertly crafted drinks and an
engaging atmosphere. We are looking for a skilled and creative Mixologist to elevate our bar
experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails, mocktails, and other
  beverages.
• Innovate and create new, exciting drink recipes that align with XL’s brand.
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Interact with guests to provide personalized recommendations and enhance their
  experience
• Manage inventory, stock control, and cost management for bar ingredients and supplies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mixologist
• In-depth knowledge of cocktail mixing techniques, spirits, and garnishing.
• Strong understanding of drink pairing, flavor balance, and presentation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
