Master Tailor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Master Tailor specializing in T-shirt design and production. The ideal candidate should have expertise in pattern making, cutting, stitching, and finishing for premium-quality T-shirts. This role requires exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various knit fabrics while ensuring superior garment quality.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Design and construct custom-fitted T-shirts based on designer specifications.
•  Create and modify patterns and templates for different T-shirt styles.
•  Ensure precise stitching, hemming, and finishing for high-quality production.
•  Collaborate with designers and production teams to achieve the desired look and
  feel.
•  Maintain quality control and supervise junior tailors for consistency in production.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•  Minimum 5+ years of experience in T-shirt tailoring and production.
•  Strong knowledge of pattern making, cutting, and stitching techniques for knitwear.
•  Experience in handling fabric shrinkage, stretch, and durability factors.
•  Ability to lead a team and ensure production efficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail for finishing and quality control.

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
