Marketing Trainee (Male/Female)

Sendrang is seeking a motivated Marketing Trainee to drive brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to engage with potential clients to expand our network and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Sendrang’s recruitment services to businesses and potential clients.
• Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and online research.
• Meet potential clients and explain how Sendrang’s recruitment solutions can help them.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and client requirements.
• Prepare reports on market trends and lead generation activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum: Graduate (Any Discipline)
• Must have a valid driving license and a 2-wheeler for field visits
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate and convert leads
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing is a plus
