Sendrang is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support its recruitment operations. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels to identify potential candidates.
- Screening Resumes: Evaluate applications based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Initial Interviews: Conduct preliminary telephonic or virtual screenings to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Data Management: Maintain and update candidate records systematically.
- Follow-ups: Ensure candidates are informed about their interview status and next steps.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in employer branding and hiring campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum: Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
