Veronica Bakes is a vibrant café known for its artisanal bakes, premium coffee, and exquisite Continental & Mediterranean cuisine. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to bring authentic flavors, innovative dishes, and high-quality food to our customers. If you love crafting delicious meals and working in a creative kitchen environment, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Design and execute a well-balanced menu featuring Continental and Mediterranean flavors.
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Oversee the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes with a focus on authenticity, creativity, and consistency.
- Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet high-quality standards in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment, following food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent dining experiences and accommodate special requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Chef specializing in Continental and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and kitchen best practices.
