Chef – Asian Cuisine

atmosphere. With a fully stocked bar, billiards, and live lounge, we provide our guests with an
exceptional dining experience. We are now looking for a skilled and passionate Chef specializing in
Asian cuisine to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Asian dishes with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Handle kitchen operations during service hours and ensure timely food preparation.
• Manage inventory, control wastage, and ensure efficient stock usage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Asian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Asian flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety regulations.
