English Teacher (TGT)

We are looking for a dedicated English Teacher for the TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) position. The teacher will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students in secondary classes, promoting language skills, and creating a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language, grammar, and literature to students.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English to enhance student comprehension and communication skills.
• Evaluate and assess student progress through assignments, exams, and projects.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a respectful, inclusive environment for learning.
• Participate in school activities, events, and cultural programs related to English language and literature.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in English or equivalent from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree or NET (National Eligibility Test) qualification.

Skills:

• Strong command of English language and literature.
• Good communication skills in both English and local language (if applicable).
• Passionate about teaching and helping students improve their language skills.
• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
