We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager with an MBA in Hospital Management to oversee the daily operations of our well-established diagnostics center in Imphal. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the diagnostics center to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Monitor and track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide updates to senior management.
  • Ensure timely resolution of operational challenges by implementing problem-solving strategies.
  • Handle multiple tasks and prioritize urgent matters efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless coordination and workflow.
  • Implement hospital and healthcare industry best practices to enhance patient experience and service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Train and guide staff to maintain a high-performance work environment.
