HR Manager (M/F)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager with an MBA in HR to join our reputed diagnostics center in Imphal. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies aligned with industry best practices.
• Oversee payroll management and statutory compliances to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies.
• Lead performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives.
