Cab Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cab Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cab services, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, customers, and fleet maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in transport management, driver supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Operations: Oversee the operation and maintenance of company cabs to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Driver supervision: Recruit, train, and manage drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Route optimization: Plan and optimize cab routes for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Customer service: Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback to enhance service quality.
• Compliance & safety: Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with legal and safety regulations.
• Cost control: Monitor fuel usage, maintenance costs, and operational expenses.
• Reporting: Maintain records of cab operations, driver performance, and financial reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cab or transport management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local traffic rules and transport regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software is a plus.
