We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and results-driven Marketing Manager with an MBA in Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives at a reputed diagnostics center in Imphal. The ideal candidate will be a confident, go-getter, and persistent leader with expertise in digital marketing, including social media management, CRM tools, and data analytics. 

This role requires managing both traditional and digital marketing strategies while overseeing a team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring strong execution of social media marketing.
  • Utilize social media platforms, online ads, and CRM tools to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
  • Oversee branding, promotions, and advertising campaigns through online and offline channels.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance reports to optimize campaigns based on real-time insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.
