Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational strategies,growth, and team performance. This role is responsible for overseeing operational efficiency,identifying opportunities for market growth, and ensuring the retention and development of high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Strategy : Lead the development and execution of operational strategies to
  enhance efficiency and growth.
• Market Expansion : Identify new areas for business growth and opportunities for
  market penetration.
• Team Management : Oversee recruitment, retention, and development of a high
  performing team, ensuring a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide strong mentorship and leadership to team members,fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
•  Business Administration : Streamline workflows, improve cross-departmental
  collaboration, and solve operational challenges while identifying new business
  opportunities.
• Website Development: Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the company’s
  website remains a key tool for connecting with customers and supporting business
  growth.
•  Store Management: Efficiently manage the company’s store, ensuring cost
  effective operations and product displays.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (preferably in MBA on Operations Management) or equivalent
  qualifications.
• Proven experience in an operations or management role, preferably in e-commerce or
  retail.
•  Strong Understanding of business operations, market dynamics and team management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement solutions for improved
  performance.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives.
