A motivated and ambitious individual is required for the Sous Chef
position. No prior work experience is needed, but formal training in the
Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is required. This is an exciting opportunity
to be part of a brand-new kitchen team, where learning, contribution, and
career growth are prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen setup.
Assist in day-to-day food preparation and kitchen management.
Learn and contribute ideas for new recipes and plating styles.
Requirements:
- Formal training in the F&B industry (culinary school, diploma, or certification).
- A strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
