Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Promote company products/services to potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and online marketing.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
Experience: At least 2 years in sales and marketing.

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Self -motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month + Attractive Incentives based on performance.
