Supervisor

RK Fortune Developers Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated Site Supervisors with experience in construction work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities on site.
• Monitor workers and coordinate with labor contractors.
• Ensure proper use of construction materials.
• Check quality of work at each stage.
• Maintain daily attendance records of workers.
• Report work progress to the site engineer.
• Ensure safety rules are followed on site.

Qualifications:

• 12th grade or equivalent.
• Prior experience in construction work is required; experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills in the local language.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to read simple construction drawings and plans.
