Server (Waiter/Waitress)

Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
• Address customer inquiries and handle minor complaints with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
